You will learn from smart & cutting edge women in Spotlight Interviews and straight from my own professional human resources experience and lessons as an entrepreneur. I will be your companion and mentor as we travel along this journey, offering writing insight specifically for college students, entrepreneurs and corporate climbers, and opportunities to directly partner with me to reach your goals. Whether you are graduating and preparing to enter the working world, brimming with passion and a great business idea, re-entering the workforce or ready to switch career paths – I’m here to help you take action. It’s about more than inspiration; it’s about building a toolkit that carries you from where you are to where you dream of being!

Meet Stephanie
Stephanie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2003 and found herself ill prepared for what came next. Standing at the crossroads of gotta-get-a-job or back-home-to-her-parents, Stephanie accepted an offer with a Staffing Agency in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Unintentionally, Stephanie found herself in a career focused on staffing and human resources, providing her the opportunity to expand her talents for interviewing and counseling employees through some of their biggest life decisions. Over the next 8 years, which included a move to Washington, D.C., Stephanie climbed the corporate ladder as a fast-rising star in Human Resources. Interviewing, hiring, counseling, supporting and directing, both domestically and internationally, Stephanie found a professional niche, but did not find a true outlet for her creative juices. Corporate America didn’t fit, in fact, the ceiling was caving in. Stephanie found herself at a major crossroads and after months of looking – she leaped into entrepreneurship, creating Exchange Network, LLC consulting services and HerExchange.com.
Today, Stephanie is an entrepreneur, Career Transition Expert, and writer for HerExchange by Stephanie Goetsch and YFS Magazine. Each day, Stephanie calls upon her professional expertise and passion to support women through the professional crossroads of life by preparing college students to move seamlessly into a career they love with career management workshops and 1:1 support, consulting support for entrepreneurs to define and go after their business dreams and counseling employees that are entering the job market or making a career path shift to get up to speed on the latest job search techniques, freshening up their resume and more.
On HerExchange, Stephanie defines a clear transition plan for women at their professional crossroads relying on her years of professional experience, own journey and keen understanding of the importance of living a professional life you love. Not straying from her first love, she shines a light on the experiences of other women through her interviews.
